(a) This Agreement has been prepared in English and Chinese. In the event of a conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the English version will prevail.<\/span><\/p>

(b) This Agreement is governed by Hong Kong law and Hong Kong courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or in connection with the Website.<\/span><\/p>

(c) This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Oxfam Hong Kong and governs your use of the Website, superseding any prior agreements between you and Oxfam Hong Kong with respect to the Website.<\/span><\/p>
